Wine Dinner

An Evening with Wilde Farm Winery

Tuesday, June 28, 2016  |  6:30PM
$245 (Inclusive of wine pairing and hospitality fee)
Limited to 16 guests

Wilde Farm represents a terroir-driven approach to winemaking in California. Launched in 2012, Wilde Farm is a joint project with Loren and Amy Grossman and sommelier turned winemaker Pax Mahle, known also for his eponymous label, Pax, and for his work on Wind Gap wines. Wilde Farm wines are created with food in mind. They are elegant and distinct, from small sites throughout Sonoma and Mendocino, each with old vines. The yeasts are ambient, the oak is neutral, and the approach allows for unique soil and climate expression. These wines are super small production and very hard to come by in PA. Lucky for us, Loren and Pax are joining us for dinner, and bringing some of their wines, like the Dolcetto Rosé, the "Donnelly Creek Vineyard” Pinot Noir, and the "Cardiac Hill Vineyard" Syrah.

Chef de Cuisine Joey DeLago has planned a menu that will allow everyone a chance to experience the lovely combination of Wilde Farm wines and Vetri food.

We hope you will be able to join us and meet these winemakers who are redefining California's cult wine!
