In the spring of 2014, Vetri Cucina introduced a private dining room. The second-floor venue evokes the same rustic charm and elegance as the main dining room, but with the benefit of a separate dedicated kitchen, dining space and service team.
The private dining room is available for a variety of gatherings, including cocktail parties, chef’s counter experiences and seated dinners. Available for daytime and evening events, the space accommodates up to 18 guests at the formal dining table, up to 10 guests for an intimate chef’s counter experience, or up to 45 guests for a reception-style event.
Seated dinners in our private dining room are memorable affairs. The evening begins with a reception in the space’s open kitchen, where you will meet your chefs while enjoying complimentary sparking wine and hors d’oeuvres. From there, you and your guests will enter the formal dining space, which is entirely yours for the evening—each event has sole use of the second floor, ensuring complete privacy in our Vetri home. As each course is served, your chef will personally present each dish at the table, while the evening’s sommelier will introduce and pour the wine. Menus are developed prior to the event with preferences, dietary restrictions and food allergies in mind.
