Summer of Sicily: Western

Summers in Sicily are a sensory feast—where golden light spills over sunbaked hills, citrus groves perfume the air, and the rhythm of life slows to match the heat. Days begin with strong coffee and end with clinking glasses by the sea.

Let's journey to Western Sicily which showcases the region’s rich diversity and bold character. The evening begins with the coastal freshness of Barraco’s Grillo, a natural expression of the island’s indigenous white grape, followed by the polished elegance of Tancredi, an international-style blend that bridges tradition and modernity. Dive into the deep, earthy richness of Nero d’Avola, Sicily’s flagship red, before ending on a golden note with a glass of historic Florio Marsala — complex, fortified, and unforgettable. Paired with a menu of western Sicilian dishes, this is a celebration of sun, sea, and centuries of winemaking heritage.
