Summers in Sicily are a sensory feast—where golden light spills over sunbaked hills, citrus groves perfume the air, and the rhythm of life slows to match the heat. Days begin with strong coffee and end with clinking glasses by the sea.

Last stop in our series is sun-drenched soul of Sicily’s southern coast showcasing the island’s most expressive and storied wines. Begin with the vibrant, aromatic Frappato from Occhipinti, full of energy and elegance, followed by the harmonious Cerasuolo di Vittoria from Valle dell’Acate, Sicily’s only DOCG wine—balanced, bright, and deeply rooted in tradition. Explore the powerful, dark-fruited depth of Planeta’s Nero d’Avola from Noto, a refined expression of the island’s signature red. To finish, indulge in the lush sweetness of Passito di Noto, a golden dessert wine kissed by the southern sun. Each course is thoughtfully paired with dishes inspired by the flavors of southeastern Sicily—fresh, rustic, and unforgettable.
