First up in our Summer of Sicily Sommelier Serie is the windswept beauty and bold flavors of Pantelleria, Salina, and Lipari. This one-night journey through Sicily’s lesser-known gems showcases volcanic terroir, sun-drenched vineyards, and the sea-driven character of island winemaking. Sip on elegant Malvasia from Salina, minerally whites from Lipari, and the iconic Passito di Pantelleria—each wine thoughtfully paired with coastal Sicilian dishes featuring fresh seafood, citrus, capers, and wild herbs. It’s a celebration of the Mediterranean—untamed, unforgettable, and best enjoyed with a glass in hand.
