Get to know Vetri Cucina by getting to know our chefs in this exciting new Chef Series! Join Sous Chef Brian Paragas for an intimate evening in our upstairs private dining room, where you'll get to pick his brain and enjoy a multi-course menu of his own unique design!

Since March of 2018, we have had the pleasure of being inspired by Sous Chef Brian Paragas! Chef Brian's educational background is in Political Science; but, five years ago, he decided to turn his passion for cooking into a way of life. As a native New Yorker, Chef Brian is influenced by both his Filipino-American upbringing and the diverse wealth of international culinary delights surrounding him during his formative years. He enjoys focusing on the light, bright cuisine from his time at Hearth (in New York), with the layered spices from Philly's own Zahav through the refined simplicity of Vetri Cucina. When not at work, you can find him crushing a burger and fries at Fountain Porter or seasoning up the perfect #5 at Pho 75.
