Chef Matt, who has been part of the Vetri-verse for nearly five years (formerly of Pumpkin, Striped Bass, and Bar Ferdinand), is coming up on his third year as Executive Chef - and, between helping guide our culinary teams at Vetri Cucina Las Vegas and the soon-to-be pasta bar, Fiorella, his plate is fuller than ever! Stating straight-forward and simple, great food as the concepts he cares most about, it's no surprise that our fearless leader's favorite food - is pizza. When we let him go home, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and dog, and playing as much ice hockey as possible.
