Truffle Festival | Monday, December 9th
Monday, December 9, 2019 | 6:30PM
$950 Includes wine pairing and hospitality fee
Limited to 15 guests
The evening will begin in our beautiful second-floor private dining space, with a welcoming reception full of Champagne and decadent hors d'oeuvres. Next, you'll be escorted to the communally-seated first-floor main dining room, to take your rightful place among the truffle lovers of Philadelphia! Before you will unfold a lavish multi-course meal of antipasti, pastas, meats, fish, cheeses and indulgent desserts - all masterfully created to enhance and enlighten the guest of honor: fresh Alban white truffle. Chef Marc Vetri will be cleaning up brilliantly for the occasion, donning a tuxedo and white gloves, to shave truffles tableside on each and every course! Our good friend, Lorenzo Scavino, will also be on hand, having arrived from Piedmont, Italy, to pair a selection of Azelia Barolos, Dolcetto, and Barbera with the menu, and talk all things wine, Italy, and truffles...
*Dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences will not be accommodated. Each guest will receive the same menu.*
