Petit Fours with Pastry Chef Michal Shelkowitz
Sunday, February 18, 2024 | 6:30PM
$225 includes pastry demonstration, house wine, dinner, and gratuity
Limited to 8 guests
Join Pastry Chef Michal Shelkowitz as she delves into the world of Petit Fours or piccola pasticceria in Italian. The literal definition of Petit Four is "little oven" so tiny treats baked in a small vessel. Historically, they were one of the last things baked with dying coals.
Fast forward to the late sixties, petit fours were put out at baby showers, weddings, and grandmom's birthday. Nowadays, the term generally encompasses bite-sized desserts.
We'll say what Chef Michal might not - they are an incredible labor of love, demonstrate skills, and showcase thoughtful creativity.
You are invited to join Chef Michal for an evening of demonstration, dinner & house wine. While this event is more demonstration-based versus hands-on class, we encourage guests to ask questions and step closer to the action.
