Le Ragnaie Dinner with Winemaker Riccardo Campinoti
Monday, January 25, 2016 | 6:30PM
$325 (Inclusive of vertical wine flight and hospitality fee.)
Limited to 16 guests
Come celebrate one of Tuscany’s greatest winemakers with a first-ever stateside vertical tasting of his impressive Brunello di Montalcino, hosted by the man himself, Riccardo Campinoti.
We have been enamored by Le Ragnaie since our first taste of the 2004 vintage, and have been committed to buying every bottle allocated to us since! These are wines of profound elegance and complexity, marvels of purity and intensity, and though the winery is in its infancy, promises of longevity and an incredible legacy.
Riccardo is excited to share tastes of vintages 2004-2011 with 16 lucky guests, to share stories from each vintage, and to describe the trajectory of his winemaking over the past decade. These experiences have catapulted him from relative obscurity to the echelons of Montalcino’s greatest winemakers, in an incredibly short period of time.
This extremely rare vertical will be paired alongside a lavish Tuscan menu in the classic Vetri Cucina fashion. Who knows how long it will be until all of these wines are together in one room again. We hope you will be there to experience this unique opportunity!
