Domenico Clerico believed that, in order to make great wine, one must have great appreciation for the land. That's why he chose to situate his wine estate in Monforte d'Alba - the heart of Barolo. His passion and love for the land resulted in wines of the highest quality and exceptional character. Sadly, Domenico passed away in August of 2016, after years of battling brain cancer. Today, his innovation and dedication lives on through his protégé, Oscar Arrivabene. Oscar will be pouring a selection of some of Domenico Clerico's most noted wines:
