Chefs Bruce Lim and Francesco Martorella carry a culinary toolkit overflowing with international technique. In an industry currently flooded with young chefs, these two men demonstrate the skill that comes only after decades of experience cooking across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Years before Vetri occupied the building, the venerable chef team ran Ciboulette at our very own 1312 Spruce Street. Chef Marc has invited them back for an evening reunion in our intimate private dining room at Vetri Cucina. The menu will feature French classics with Japanese, Italian, Thai, and American flourishes.

We are excited to welcome back Lorenzo Scavino, owner and winemaker of Azelia Wines! This time around, we are highlighting a lineup of back vintage wine, featuring a decade of Barolo. These bottles were imported directly from the Azelia wine cellar – located in the commune of Castiglione Falletto and have been resting in the Vetri Cucina cellar for the last 6 months, getting ready for their big debut. A regionally inspired Piedmontese menu will be served to complement these beautiful, rare wines.
