If you’ve ever wanted to spend the evening with a dozen open bottles, a table laden with food and in great company, this is the event for you. Private Dining Chef Matt Buehler and Private Dining Manager Kane will be your gracious hosts this evening!

Here’s the idea: bring a bottle of wine that you'll enjoy throughout dinner and indulge in conversation with others excited by food and wine. A multi-course dinner will be served and the menu suggests red wine but please bring any beverage that you’d like (sharing not expected). This event will take place in our private dining room on the second floor.

Join Chef Marc Vetri for an intimate evening at Vetri Cucina showcasing pastas featured in his cook books, Mastering Pasta, Rustic Italian Food, and Il Viaggio di Vetri. The class starts with grains and eggs and ends with plates of steaming pasta. Chef Marc will teach you about the history and nutrition of wheat and also demonstrate techniques for making extruded and hand-rolled pasta. Guests will enjoy pasta courses and house wines available throughout the evening. This is the ultimate pasta-making experience!

This is a truly special evening with James Beard Award Winner and Osteria’s Executive Chef Jeff Michaud with Matteo Donadoni of Amis. The pair once worked together at Ristorante Frosio, a restaurant rooted by family tradition located in Bergamo, Italy with an emphasis on time-honored values and simplicity. At the time, the restaurant had the youngest Michelin starred chef in Italy. Take a walk down memory lane with the duo as Chef Michaud prepares pastas while Matteo describes the wine to accompany the meal, both influenced by their time at Frosio.

A longtime friend of Chef Marc Vetri, Chef Miles Angelo will be joining us in Vetri Cucina to cook a feast. As a native of upstate New York, his culinary escapades began as a child with tending to the family garden. His love for food and cooking intensified as an adult and eventually landed him as the chef of the reputable Caribou Club in Aspen, Colorado. The Caribou Club is a private, members only establishment known for its elite dining crowd and world class menu. We hope you can join us for an evening of Chef Angelo’s acclaimed cuisine.
