We’re declaring it the summer of SangioveseWhy? Because without it, there would be no Chianti, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, or Brunello di Montalcino. All to say, it’s one of the most important and widely planted grape varietals in Italy.

Beverage Director & Sommelier, Bobby Domenick, alongside, Enrique Gasparini, another familiar face and voice of Vetri Cucina plan to take guests on a spin of Sangiovese. School is out, summer of Sangiovese is in. Join us?

And for the grand finale, Brunello di Montalcino. Need we say more? One of the greatest expressions of Sangiovese. Brunello di Montalcino is aged and released after 5 years and the consensus is that…it’s worth the wait. Guests will enjoy Rosso to Riserva.

This event will be held at the Chef Counter and includes 4 wines, a 4 course-dinner, & gratuity.
