Join us for a special night as we welcome Sam Calagione, founder and president of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, Delaware and Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. With Sam’s leadership, Dogfish Head has grown from the smallest brewery in the US into one of the most successful in the country. He has been named Businessman of the Year by the Small Business Administration, one of Fast Company's 100 Most Creative People in Business, and The Wall Street Journal calls him "a Pioneer of bizarre brews." In the industry, he is known as one of craft beer's great evangelists and has changed the brewing world with innovative hopping techniques, recreating ancient recipes, and pushing the limits of extreme beer.

Sam has also revolutionized the craft beer world with several bestselling books about his experience in brewing and business. His most recent release, Off-centered Leadership: The Dogfish Head Guide to Motivation, Collaboration & Smart Growth, is a groundbreaking book that explores the power of collaboration within the business world.

This is going to be one of our most exciting beer events yet. For one special evening, Sam will be sharing vintage beers from his personal cellar. To highlight the unique qualities of these rare beers Chef Marc has created a tasting menu that focuses on some of the season’s most earthy and pungent flavors. It will be a food and beer pairing like no other!
