As we ride out the endorphin rush from Vetri Cucina's first ever 100 Mile Dinner, the chefs are already jumping ahead to plan September's meal. This obsessively local event pushes our team to a creative crescendo where every ingredient must be locally sourced, from the oil and vinegar to the milk and honey. Happily, the bounty of late summer makes the job easy on us and menu ideas abound.
While Chef Marc and the team always pride themselves on a good relationship with the farmers and food producers from whom they source ingredients, this series brings us all closer still. Join us in Vetri Cucina for an intimate and joyful exploration of the foods of our region - from the Atlantic coast to the farms of Lancaster County.
Enjoy a multi-course tasting menu presented by Chefs Marc Vetri and Matt Buehler, with beverage pairing, as we celebrate the harvest happening within 100 miles of the communal table. Included in the ticket price is all food, tax and gratuity as well as piccolo pasticceria to ensure you departs on a sweet note.

We are excited to welcome back Lorenzo Scavino, owner and winemaker of Azelia Wines! This time around, we are highlighting a lineup of back vintage wine, featuring a decade of Barolo. These bottles were imported directly from the Azelia wine cellar – located in the commune of Castiglione Falletto and have been resting in the Vetri Cucina cellar for the last 6 months, getting ready for their big debut.
