Vetri Cucina Chef Series: Sous Chef Louie Manza

Monday, March 30, 2020  |  6:30PM
$195 Includes house wine and hospitality fee
Limited to 12 guests

Get to know Vetri Cucina by getting to know our chefs in this exciting new Chef Series! Join Sous Chef Louie Manza for an intimate evening at the chef's counter in our upstairs private dining room, where you'll get to pick his brain and enjoy a multi-course menu of his own unique design!

One of our newest and brightest shining lights in the Vetri Cucina kitchen is Sous Chef Louie Manza. Former Chef de Partie at Manhattan's renowned Upper East Side restaurant, Daniel, and Sous Chef at Dan Barber's Blue Hill in Greenwich Village, Chef Louie's cooking is deeply rooted in simplicity and seasonality - with the slightest French touch. Look out for this Queen Village resident at Royal Izakaya, one of his favorite Philly eateries, or Red Hook Coffee and Tea, where you might bump into him on his way to work! His fiancé, Hannah, is also a Philadelphia chef, and, if you're lucky enough to score an invite to dinner at their place, be sure to watch out for Clover, their pet bunny rabbit.
