Curated through generations of Italian families, some of our favorite dishes come from culinary traditions developed in America. Of all the chefs in the Vetri family, none have embraced the Italian-American culture and celebration of these recipes more than Brad Spence.
Throughout his career of working in upscale restaurants, Brad always hoped to do more rustic trattoria style food. After becoming chef partner at Amis and now Culinary Director and Partner for all Vetri Family restaurants, he has been able to honor these traditional recipes with the very best ingredients and exceptional techniques.
Join us for an evening with Brad in the Vetri Cucina kitchen preparing a tasting menu highlighting these classic dishes. Alongside the Vetri culinary team, he has planned for an incredible Italian-American experience that could rival your Nonna’s cooking!
