Join Vetri Cucina's own baker and miller, Ariel Einhorn, for a special evening dedicated to the fundamentals of bread baking - using whole grains and natural leaveners. Ariel will lead a group discussion on ingredients, equipment, and baking techniques, as well as demonstrate the application of several recipes from humble start to fluffy finish! A multi-course dinner and house wines will be served throughout.
