Join Culinary Director and Executive Chef of Vetri Cucina, Jacob Rozenberg, for an intimate evening in our upstairs private dining room, where you'll get to pick his brain and enjoy a multi-course menu of his own unique design.
Hired into the company in 2009, Jacob worked his way from Alla Spina and Osteria before finally landing at Vetri, which he has called home since 2015. His love of cooking started as a kid with fond memories of his grandmother's signature dish, leg of lamb, and his uncle letting him take the reins as he grilled kielbasa for family parties. He credits Marc Vetri for instilling the belief of having fun along the way no matter what project or opportunity pops up. Come have fun with us at Chef Jacob's dinner!
