Among all varieties, none are more coveted than the white truffles of Alba. Harvested in Italy’s Piedmont region, they’re known for their intoxicating aroma and nuanced flavor—garlicky, nutty, and deeply earthy. Their rarity is what first inspired the Vetri Cucina Truffle Festival.
