The One Hundred Mile Dinner with Chef Marc Vetri

As we anticipate the arrival of spring crops, everyone here at Vetri is getting excited for the One Hundred Mile Dinner, one of our favorite events with Chef Marc where all of our staff get involved in sourcing every ingredient from within 100 miles of Philadelphia.  From oils and vinegars to meats and dairy, everything used in the preparation of this multi-course dinner will be locally sourced.  While we always pride ourselves on a good relationship with the farmers and food producers from whom they source ingredients, this series brings us all closer still to numerous farmers in the Delaware Valley. Join Chef Marc and our team at Vetri Cucina for an intimate and joyful exploration of the foods of our region - from the Atlantic coast to the farms of Lancaster County.

In addition to the multi-course menu, we will also offer an optional beverage pairing for $100.
