Sommelier Series: Valle d’Aosta

Sunday, January 12, 2020  |  12:00PM
$150 Hospitality fee, multi-course lunch and wine pairing
Limited to 18 guests

Join us for an afternoon of wine tasting and learning, while enjoying a multi-course meal prepared by our chefs in our private dining room! The theme of our winter series is "Vino Alpino": cooler climate wines from Italy's Alpine regions. This afternoon's event will focus on one of Italy's smallest regions, Valle d'Aosta, which is nestled against Italy's border with France and Switzerland, high in the Alps. We'll explore unique varietals such as Prie Blanc, Petit Rouge, Fumin, Cornalin, Mayolet, and Vuillermin. Northern Italian cuisine and wines from the area will be featured.

*Dietary restrictions, allergies, and strong food preferences will not be accommodated for this event.*
