Made in small batches from recipes designed in the Noma R&D kitchen, Noma Projects products brings you closer to the flavors of the restaurant than ever before. Secure your seats for a dinner showcasing Noma Projects through a Vetri Cucina Menu. This dinner will take place at the chef counter on the second floor, designed to be a bit more fast-paced, with seatings every 45 minutes, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors and dishes without a long sit-down.
