Our special guest Chef, Hope Cohen, will be with us for this Sommelier Series at the Chef Counter celebrating the soulful flavors of Lazio. Hope has been travelling to Rome for a few decades and even keeps an apartment there. She will create a classic Roman menu to complement the wines from the surrounding hillsides. We will feature the best wines from Lazio that we can find in Pennsylvania! Expect stories, spirited conversation, and Hope’s signature warmth as she guides guests through each pour, revealing what makes Lazio one of Italy’s most under-appreciated yet captivating wine regions.
