Rome Regional Dinner
Thursday, September 17, 2015 | 6:30PM
$200 per person plus tax
Limited to 16 guests
We all have heard of Rome, Italy, home of the Roman Empire, Julius Caesar, the Pope, Vatican and the works of Arts of Michelangelo in the Sistine Chapel. Not many people, however, know that Italy is made out of twenty regions and that the Italian Region of Rome is Lazio. In the four important municipalities of the Lazio Region, comprised between the river Tiber and the river Liris, there are hundreds of surprises.
From the Tyrrhenian Sea to the Mountains, each town in Lazio is rich in faith, fun and nature – but most of all, food and wine!
A multi-course dinner prepared by our private dining room Chef Matt Buehler will be accompanied with wines from Rome. The evening begins with a reception at 6:30pm with amuse bouche and prosecco.
