In this immersive culinary experience, you’ll learn to craft five traditional shapes from scratch: Orecchiette, the iconic “little ears” of Puglia; Busiati, the spiraled pasta of Sicily; Pici, the thick, rustic noodles of Tuscany; Trofie, Liguria’s twisted gem; and Cavatelli, the pillowy shells perfect for catching sauce. Whether you're a beginner or a pasta enthusiast, this class offers a delicious journey through Italy’s regional pasta traditions—no machines, just your hands, a board, and plenty of flour.
