The evening unfolds as a seasonal progression of handmade pastas, thoughtfully composed and served course by course. Expect delicate shapes rolled and cut in-house, slow-simmered sauces layered with depth, and unexpected ingredients that highlight the best of the moment. From refined broths and vibrant vegetable-forward creations to rich, indulgent finishes, every plate is designed to surprise and delight.
