$185 (Inclusive of wine pairing and hospitality)

When considering a wine, have you ever wondered the difference between terms like sustainable, natural, organic and biodynamic? Join us for a Philadelphia Wine Week dinner event defining these winemaking techniques and how they affect our favorite wines. David McDuff from David Bowler Wine will be joining us to guide you through an exciting pairing highlighting each of these styles from their portfolio. He will share why these techniques have been so influential and are now credited for creating some of the most respected wine in the world.

Shining examples of these winemaking styles will accompany a special Vetri tasting menu created by our Chef de Cuisine, Joey DeLago.
