An Evening with Norbet Reinisch of Braida Wines
Wednesday, March 27, 2019 | 6:30PM
$225 Includes hospitality fee and wine pairing.
Limited to 18 guests
Since 1961, Braida has been the amplified and faithful image of the philosophy of founders Giacomo and Anna Bologna, their prospect of life, their homeland, wine and friendship.
The winery features both indigenous and international varieties, and Braida produces high quality wines through the selection of suitable sites and use of state-of-the-art winemaking and bottling techniques, including the practice of sustainable viticulture and production.
The business is family-run, driven by passion and the devotion for the production of characteristic Piedmontese wines. Though Braida truly began with Giacomo’s father and the vineyards he passed down, Raffaella and Giuseppe Bologna, both oenologists, are the third Braida generation and, together with Raffaella’s husband Norbert, are united by Giacomo’s dream to elevate the Barbera grape into a noble status usually only reserved for international varieties. At Braida, the courage of the young generation is combined with firmly rooted traditions.
