A Friday Night Festival

Friday, September 25, 2015  |  6:30PM
$125 (Includes non-alcoholic beverages and gratuity)
Limited to 18 guests

Chef Marc Vetri invites you to join him and Junior Sous Chef Jacob Rozenberg this Friday, September 25, for a community dinner celebrating family traditions in tandem with Italian culture.

Earlier in the week, Marc and Jacob were in the kitchen discussing family heritage and High Holiday customs. This, of course, led to a lengthy chat about family recipes and how Jacob’s childhood favorites could be interpreted with Marc’s rustic Italian touch. Our baker Claire McWilliams joined in the conversation and returned the next morning with a beautiful golden loaf of challah bread made with our house-milled, organic Glenn wheat.

We thought what better way to celebrate these ideas and memories of heritage moving forward into the upcoming year than a meal inspired by their traditions. After hosting guests to a reception in the kitchen, we will move to the private dining room where Marc and Jacob will present a multi-course tasting menu featuring Jacob’s family recipes and Marc’s northern Italian style. A wine pairing will be made available for $65 per person or you may choose from our extensive wine list and beverage offerings. Marc and Jacob hope you will come ready to share your family traditions with us. All are welcome!
