Forchetta Sbagliata: the abundance of autumn

Tuesday, November 21, 2023  |  6:30PM
$300 INCLUDES GRATUITY
Limited to 10 guests
Wine Pairing $95.00

As the heat fades and the chill of fall creeps in, the autumnal cravings begin. Our visual and gastronomic palates shift towards oranges, deep purples, and earthy greens. The season feels interchangeable with abundance and gratitude. We're ever grateful for the fruits and vegetables autumn produces. Join us for a meal featuring root vegetables, crisp fruits, and warming herbs. All the things that allow you to sink into fall and fall into winter.

Forchetta Sbagliata is a series hosted in our demonstration kitchen, located on the second floor of Vetri Cucina. The experience is intimate and interactive, perfect for a fall outing. Limited seats are available.
