It is a monumental feat to try and capture what 25 years of Vetri Cucina has looked like, smelled like, tasted like, and felt like. The stories and memories are stacked so high. To say our hearts are full would simply be an understatement. It’s been the honor of so many long time staff to welcome in guests into our home, year after year to enjoy food, share experiences, create memories and celebrate. We’re thrilled to invite you to help us celebrate this time around as we head into our 25th year.
This special installment of Forchetta Sbagliata will be cooked by Marc Vetri and hosted by Jeff Benjamin. For this multipart series, Marc will pull inspiration from the early days of Vetri Cucina which was heavily influenced by his time spent in Northern Italy. Together, we’ll take you on a journey to Bergamo and simultaneously down memory lane.
