This is a truly special evening with James Beard Award Winner and Osteria’s Executive Chef Jeff Michaud with Matteo Donadoni of Amis. The pair once worked together at Ristorante Frosio, a restaurant rooted by family tradition located in Bergamo, Italy with an emphasis on time-honored values and simplicity. At the time, the restaurant had the youngest Michelin starred chef in Italy. Take a walk down memory lane with the duo as Chef Michaud prepares pastas while Matteo describes the wine to accompany the meal, both influenced by their time at Frosio.
