Dessert, just by nature of the progression of the meal often takes a back seat to the savory side of the menu. Our Pastry Chef Michal Shelkowitz happened to enter the restaurant world as a young cook when desserts were having a, "moment." There were restaurants and bars devoted entirely to desserts. It was the hot trend.

For this event, Michal wanted to reclaim some of that former glory by making dessert the star of the show, again. Over multiple courses, Michal will showcase the wide range and variety of sweet applications in a dining room setting, and how they can serves as a progression unto their own.

Please note:

  • This menu will not include any savory dishes.
  • This seating will be followed by one at 8:30pm.
