Vino Alpino: Alto Piemonte
Tuesday, January 28, 2025 | 6:00PM
$275 includes a 4 course dinner, 4 paired wines, and gratuity
Limited to 10 guests
The Italian Alps in winter offer stunning snow-capped peaks, cozy villages, and world-class skiing. After a day on the slopes, what's better than unwinding with a glass of local wine? Let us take you there on this Vino Alpino Series.
Next stop on the tour is Alto Piemonte. In the northernmost reaches of Piedmont, you'll find historic crus like Gattinara, Carema, Bramaterra, Boca, and Ghemme. We’ll explore the region’s signature varieties, including Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Croatina. The evening will also feature Northern Piedmontese cuisine, perfectly paired with wines from this lesser-known region.
This event includes 4 wines, a 4 course-dinner, & gratuity.
Seating is at the chef counter.
