Truffle Festival 2021 – Saturday, December 4th

Saturday, December 4, 2021  |  6:30PM
$995 Includes Piedmont wine pairing and gratuity
Limited to 32 guests

Truffle Festival is back!
The evening will begin with a Champagne reception. We'll be pouring a very special bottle, one that shares the same vintage as Vetri Cucina itself: 1998 Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Brut. You'll get a chance to mingle with other truffle lovers and toast to what will be an incredible evening.

Once seated, the dinner will feature a lavish multi-course meal of antipasti, pasta, meats, fish, cheeses, and indulgent dessert all masterfully created to enhance and enlighten the guest of honor: the white truffles from Alba. Chef Marc Vetri will clean up brilliantly for the occasion, donning a tuxedo and white gloves, to shave truffles table side on each course.

* Guests will be seated communally.

* Dietary restrictions and/or allergies cannot be accommodated for this event.

* Proof of Vaccination will be required to attend.
