Many different cultural factors have influenced Le Marche since the time of the ancient Romans with its fortified medieval farms and rich soil. Whether on the shores or inland, this region bases its food on locally grown produce and traditions. Join us for a special evening with Chef Joe DeLago as he prepares a meal from this beautiful region.
