Join us for an immersive pasta-making experience where you'll discover the art of crafting delicious filled pastas from across Italy. You'll learn to make five iconic varieties: Agnolotti, delicate squares filled with rich meats or vegetables; Culurgiones, Sardinian dumplings with a signature twisted closure; Raviolo, a bold single large ravioli often filled with unique flavors; Cappelletti, little pasta hats perfect for broths; and Tortellini, the small, stuffed rings often associated with Bologna. By the end of the class, you'll have a batch of mouthwatering, handmade pasta to take home.
