Join Marc Vetri for an intimate evening at the communal chef's counter in our upstairs private dining room, where he'll showcase all the techniques used to create the from-scratch pastas featured in his cookbooks Il Viaggio di Vetri, Rustic Italian Food, and of course - Mastering Pasta! The demonstration will include a multi-course pasta meal and house wine.
