Feast of the Seven Fishes

Tuesday, December 22, 2015  |  6:30PM
$285 (Hospitality Included; Wine pairing available for $100 pp)
Limited to 26 guests

Leave it to the Italians to turn a fast into a feast! Stemming from the Roman Catholic tradition of abstaining from meat consumption on La Vigilia (Christmas Eve), the Feast of the Seven Fishes has evolved into a celebration of food and family. Amis Executive Chef Brad Spence joins Chef Vetri to share his expertise on this classic Italian-American family tradition.

Serving up Philly’s best Seven Fishes dinner yearly at Amis Trattoria, Chef Brad will be joined in the kitchen by Chef Marc to present this multi-course pescatarian feast.

A wine pairing highlighting complementary richness and texture will also be made available by Vetri's sommelier for an additional $100 pp.
