On February 19th, CEO & Winemaker Matteo Giustiniani's joins us at the Vetri Cucina table. Florentine by birth, Matteo's appreciation for nature’s life cycle and belief in producing a wine that is authentic and respects the ecosystem, is reflected in his choice of wineries throughout his career. Matteo brings more than 20 years of experience in the wine industry to his current role. Avignonesi is the largest biodynamic vineyard in Italy. The company's mission is to assume leadership in the context of the "good wine industry." 

This evening will feature 5 wines from the Avignonesi portfolio and a Tuscan-inspired dinner. Retail wine will also be available for purchase.
