Perfectly timed for those hosting an Easter dinner, Joey will walk you through the preparation of a multi-course meal while focusing on basic culinary skills.  In addition to technique, Joey will also provide pointers on planning, advance prepping, staging, timing and presentation of dishes.  Not only will having these tools in your arsenal reduce the stress of entertaining at home, this promises to be a fun evening as you have the opportunity to meet other home chefs, share a meal together, and swap stories of your most memorable dinner parties.
