Chef Matthew wrote a beautiful cookbook that focuses on Gullah Geechee cuisine and his family's rich culinary history. We are thrilled and honored that he and his wife, Tia, will be sharing these special dishes with us. This event has even more meaning as Chef Tia Raiford worked for the Vetri organization for years before connecting with her husband. Marc Vetri will also be in the kitchen all night to share in the fun and food.
