Friends, Family & Guests

Since our restaurant temporarily closed in March due to COVID-19, we have been working together to create a new and better Vetri Cucina. This challenging time presents another opportunity for us to grow and deliver the best possible service and hospitality. Our staff and community members are so important to us and that is why we are taking all the necessary steps to ensure you feel safe in our restaurant.

Health, safety, and cleanliness have always been a top priority for Vetri Cucina. We have been monitoring developments regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) and implementing safety measures since we started our to-go program. Now that we can open our doors and welcome you back inside the restaurant, these measures will continue along with some additional enhancements to ensure your safety.

All staff members are screened for temperature and signs of illness linked to COVID-19 at the start of each shift. Everyone will be practicing proper hand washing as often as possible, social distancing and avoiding handshakes. Our staff is trained on our new protocol and is prepared.

You will notice our dining room is properly spaced according to state guidelines and has some additional protective barriers to keep you safe and maintain an appropriate distance from other diners. We also have medical grade air purifiers in our dining rooms. Our staff will be wearing face masks throughout their shifts. We require that you wear a face mask when not seated at the table (i.e. to use the restroom). When you are seated at your table, you are welcome to remove your face mask. If you are not wearing a face mask or are not willing to wear one, we will not be able to accommodate your reservation.

Please honor your specific reservation time. As we are not allowing guests to wait in our restaurant or vestibule, it is paramount that we operate based on a timely reservation book. We request that you do not arrive early for your reservation at this time. If you arrive early by 10 minutes or more, we will kindly ask you to stroll around the block or to please wait inside your car until we are ready to seat you. If you are 15 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule or cancel your reservation.

So that we may properly sanitize all high touch areas including but limited to doorknobs, tables, chairs, credit card processing devices, restrooms, etc., we will expect and strictly allow for dining within the time frame of:

1-2 Guests - up to 2 hours

3-4 Guests - up to 2 hours and 15 minutes

5-6 Guests - up to 2 hours and 30 minutes

We ask that you please stay home and cancel your reservation if you are feeling sick. We are always happy to reschedule or simply have you join us another time.

Vetri Cucina is committed to continuing to provide warm hospitality under any circumstance – whether we are sending you home with a bottle of wine or serving you our tasting menu inside the restaurant. We will remain vigilant and ready to make the correct decisions based on information from the CDC and government agencies.

We look forward to seeing new and familiar faces in our dining room. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 215-732-3478 or email us at [email protected]. Thank you and take care.
