There’s a lot of mystique around truffles—they quickly come and go, hide beneath our feet, truffles are magical. Pasta is magical. Together, they’re short of miraculous.
All truffle varieties are special but there is something unique and coveted about the short and highly anticipated white truffle season. A uniqueness that originally inspired the Vetri Cucina Truffle Festival. Coming from the Piedmont region of Italy, the Alba truffle is one of the most fragrant and flavorful of the truffle species. They hold a nuanced flavor—garlicky, reminiscent of shallots, earthy, and nutty. They are truly a fruit of the earth!
Join us for a menu featuring simple yet thoughtful dishes transformed with the flavors and aromas of the winter white truffle.
