From her family estate, Foradori Winery, Foradori has helped redefine the character of the native Teroldego grape, crafting wines that reflect the purity, vitality, and alpine terroir of northern Italy.

For one night, Elisabetta will join guests in the dining room at Vetri Cucina to share stories from the vineyards and guide a selection of her estate’s wines. This intimate dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience the philosophy, passion, and artistry behind one of Italy’s most respected estates—an evening of extraordinary food, expressive wines, and conversation with the winemaker herself.
