Rooted in the dramatic alpine landscape of northwest Italy, Valle d’Aosta is a tiny region tucked between France and Switzerland, where vineyards climb to some of the highest elevations in Europe. For this dinner, we’ll shine a spotlight on the region’s distinctive, cool-climate varieties—Prié Blanc, Petit Rouge, Fumin, and a mountain-born expression of Nebbiolo.
Our chefs will craft a seasonal, winter-driven menu designed to complement these expressive wines, bringing the purity, freshness, and character of Valle d’Aosta straight to the table.
