In September of 1998 Chef Marc Vetri and his business partner, Jeff Benjamin, opened Vetri Cucina in a townhouse on Spruce Street in Philadelphia.

Two decades later, the original townhouse that launched this journey continues to provide a nightly backdrop for a culinary tour of Italy. Vetri Cucina's northern Italian inspired cuisine has garnered national acclaim and accolades. Vetri Cucina in Las Vegas is the ideal second act for Marc and Jeff, as it provides an opportunity to expand the reach of the townhouse to the West.

Marc and Jeff visited The Palms in the fall of 2017 and immediately saw the potential for the second iteration of their iconic townhouse. The views of the Las Vegas strip and Red Rocks mountains from the 56th floor provide the perfect landscape for Vetri Cucina. The team is thrilled to share outstanding rustic fare, handcrafted pastas, innovative flavor combinations and artful presentations with the Las Vegas community. In addition, they are excited to bring the unparalleled hospitality for which they've become known in Philadelphia to the Palms.

Check back here for updates on the opening. See you in the fall.
